About “GOAT Single”
Starting with this first single/first track on the Album, a BigOne Beats Production. I wanted to give you an up-tempo vibrant tune and energetic flow, all the while giving you straight BARS, lyricism and premium content to vibe to, not just rapping and throwing random words together and letting the beat do most of the work.
Starting with the messaging in the Hook, I really wanted to start the song off with versatility and vigor, to let you know that I’m creative and that I’ve been in the lab putting in major work in my Artistry, elevating my craft. I knew that calling myself the GOAT, I had to back it up off of the first verse in. Showing you that I’m doing what I got to do to make sure that I hold my title down. Hopefully I didn’t disappoint.
I call myself the GOAT, because that’s self inspiring to me, when I wake up in the a.m I like to feel like I’m Great. To be honest, I want every Artist–no matter what form of Art that you’re doing to be rather inspired by this song–not feel inadequate by it, but be galvanized to recognize that you can be Great–that you are Great in your own right. If you believe that within, you can manifest things on the highest level possible in Life. Believe it.
