I'm Here…

“I’m Here (A Father’s Promise pt. 2)”

I AM here for you
So don’t be afraid my son
I’m here I’m your shield
Like God lay your burdens on me
I’m here so don’t fret

I’m here for all your needs
No matter how great or how small I’m here for that
No I don’t know all the answers
But I do know there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you

I AM here for you
To be a light in your darkest times
A guide to you when you’re lost
Wisdom when you lack understanding
Because you’re the Son of a King, my Prince

I’m here no matter what
My last breathe, to live you best believe it’s yours
But make sure you do your part
Respect your mother & do your chores

Oh yes I AM here
Nothing’s easy cause being a father is hard from the start
So my crown is polished to be yours when I part
And for you to pass down to your son
But for now my Prince our talk is done & always remember that I Love You.

Scientific Evidence of Melanin Threatens the Ideology of White Supremacy!!

“Scientific Evidence of Melanin Threatens the Ideology of White Supremacy!!”

After considering Melanin to be a “waste” product of body-metabolism which “served no useful function,” Western (white) science has now discovered that Melanin is the chemical key to life, it affects the brain itself! All studies and facts about Melanin suggest that after 400 years of attempting to desensitize the Black race over its rich source of melanin, “Western science is facing the sobering reality that, by its own self-defined standards, Black people are probably more superior to whites in both intellectual potential and muscle coordination.” (Sepia magazine interview). The central role Melanin plays in the body has been “suppressed to maintain the mythological inferiority of blacks as a culture… the defensive clinging to whiteness as some token of superiority.” (Dr. Richard King) The “superiority complex” of white people is a defense mechanism and a mask, for this is their deep-set inferiority complex which most project onto all people of color. Psychologists say “insistent denial means reality in the opposite way”.

If most whites really believed that white skin as a whole was more “superior,” why is “tanning” so important in white culture now, despite it’s known health risks (thousands die annually from skin cancer). Also, curling or perming lifeless straight hair, and the latest; lips and butt injections for a fuller look! By popular demand it is the white female who tells you that her ideal mate is “tall, DARK, and handsome!” “Dark” indeed refers to more Melanin!!!

If you can’t get aligned with what was just said, well, don’t take my word for it, do your own research, search and you shall find!!!

Thanks for tuning in!

Everything Ain't What It Seem

“Everything Ain’t What It Seem”

I done been there & done that & seen this

Laid down counted the stars & moons for real

My posed to be goons turned they back on me

But I took look it like a champ

Bounced back like 4½ on’em

But if you let them chumps tell it

I done fell off for real

My momma & daddy ain’t gone put no roof over my head

So I’m not looking for no hand out

No pot to piss or to whip in

But ya closet dawg gave you something to pop the clip in

Now the devil caught you slipping

Got you doing 50

Sitting in your cell looking shitty

Blade to your wrist finna finish it

Tears begin to roll as you prepare to leave

Pray to God let him know you believe

Everything ain’t what it seem

Everything ain’t for a King

Lesson well learned.

Time Past

“”Time Past””

I’m sitting here sipping on this Russian
I’m rushing tryna beat time past
Slowed down gotta look at life
But while I slept…..time past
My dumb ass
Tryna beat time past
So I plant seeds to come back too
When my time pass
You probably missed it
Let time walk past………
But since I’m the prototype thereof
I issued forth time
You get it
I’ll pass
And educate the mass…….
Naw I’m sleep tho
That’s why you don’t know what I know
So I watch your time pass
Then I become the turtle
Silly rabbit, tricks for the kids
So I’ll pass
Watch you crash
Tryna beat time past
Fast and dumb is not the way
You have to move slow
Now pick up the pace
Lol…..the look on your face shows puzzlement
This here the edge-u-hatin’ on
You can’t show ’em this
So I’m edge-u-catin’ on’em.
Process the understanding of my overstanding of time passed
But in my time past; my present became a gift to the future

"Healing Power of Good Sex" The Lecture

“Healing Power of Good Sex” The Lecture

Sex involves more than procreation—or recreation. As countless studies have shown, an intimate, sexually satisfying relationship reduces the risk of heart diseasedepressionmigrainepremenstrual syndrome…and arthritis. It also boosts the immune system.

But sex is genuinely healing only if it transcend the mechanical, self-pleasure variety promoted by sex experts. Indeed, the central goal of sexual healing should not be orgasm—but connection with your partner.

Healing sex brings a marked decline in bloodstream levels of adrenaline and cortisol. These stress hormones provoke anxiety and reduce immune function. In a study, women who were happily married had higher levels of natural killer cells and helper T cells than those in unhappy unions. Healing sex is also a potent antidote for social isolation, which has been linked to serious illness and premature death. A Yale study of 194 heart patients found that those without a spouse at home were twice as likely to die prematurely as those with a spouse.

Most couples never experience sexual healing—because they’re too quick to give up on their relationship. It takes at least four years to achieve the intimacy needed for sexual healing. Most couples split after only three years. Why do so many couples split? Because of lack of intimacy. Intimacy doesn’t just happen. You make it happen by treating your partner with care and genuine affection…and by taking the time to really connect, both in casual conversation and via sex. Three factors are central to a sexually relationship…

COMMITMENT. Affairs and on-again-off-again sexual relationships are not healing because the two people never form a meaningful bond.

CONSIDERATION. The bond between a couple must extend beyond the bedroom. Each partner must continually express tenderness and caring toward the other—by smiling…touching…being polite…giving compliments…and showing respect.

HONESTY. There must be no secrets within the relationship—only total connection and total confidence.

HOW TO FORGE A SEXUALLY HEALING RELATIONSHIP: SPEND TIME TOGETHER. For at least five minutes a day, sit or lie together—just the two of you. Cuddle. Talk. Let your bodies synchronize.

LISTEN MORE, TALK LESS. Ironically, good relationships involve little talk. Partners communicate via their own private language—subtle body movements, gestures, expressions and a sense of connection that arises only between lovers who grow ever closer as a result of sharing crises.

DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOUR PARTNER. If you spend your days apart, call periodically during the day and something like, “Honey, I’ve been thinking about you. I can’t wait to see you.” If necessary, set an alarm clock to go off periodically to remind you to place the call. You come to feel love by behaving lovingly, so even the simplest acts of connection can translate to intense sexual feelings.

HAVE SEX ONLY WHEN IT FEELS “RIGHT.” Trust your senses. If you rely on your “sex sense” for a month, you’ll soon see that when you do have sex, it is more fulfilling and sensual.

SEDUCE YOUR PARTNER. Instead of dressing up in a sexy costume—as sex therapists often recommend—use “brain power.” Send your partner mental “messages” all day long. At night, lie still in bed and send him/her more “sex waves”. You’ll be surprised at how seductive your own brain can be.

FANTASIZE ABOUT YOUR PARTNER. Put on some sensual music and lie in bed with eyes closed. Use your brain—not a vibrator or your hand—and envision yourself making love to your partner. You may become aroused—even experience orgasm—but mental sex can be surprisingly fulfilling even if you don’t.

My sexual fitness plan—which you can add to your weekly exercise regimen—contains three components…

1. SHARED LAUGHTER. Twenty seconds of laughter produces the same cardiovascular benefits as three minutes of aerobic exercise, studies indicate. Studies also indicate that a good laugh strengthens the immune system by lowering cortisol levels and raising endorphin levels. And—couples who laugh together become closer and more in tune with one another.

2. SHARED CRYING. Watching a good tear-jerker enhances intimacy—and sometimes leads to sexual arousal. Tears, which contain stress hormones and other chemicals, may be nature’s way of washing toxins out of the body.

3. COUPLE “EROTOROBICS.” The following suggested sexual exercises may seem strange, but they increase your ability to respond to intimate physical contact.

SIMULATED SEX. Go through the motions of intercourse—with your clothes on.

GENITAL MASSAGE. This stimulates blood flow in that area.

DANCING TO EROTIC MUSIC. Use the muscles you would if you were having intercourse.FLIRTING. Arch your back, sway your hips and stick out your chest. And practice sexual gazing and sexual smiling. Both can make you feel more sensuous.

"For Those Who Call Themselves Real Niggas" Lecture

“For Those Who Call Themselves Real Niggas” Lecture

The name that a people call themselves must provide them with an understanding of their history by connecting them to a land mass, a language, a culture, a religion, a philosophy and so on. There is no such place as NEGROLAND, COLOREDLAND, or BLACKLAND and there’s no ethnic group in Africa that calls itself Negro or its language negro. We are the descendants of our AFRICAN ancestors….PERIOD! Identification with one’s past HISTORY is an important step towards mental liberation.

The word Negro is Spanish for BLACK. The Spanish language comes from Latin, which has its origins in Classical Greek. The word Negro in Greek, is derived from the root word ‘necro’, meaning dead. The act of Ancestral worship known as necromancy or communication with the dead, was the practice of the Egyptians in order of honoring the lives of ancestors WHO CAME BEFORE. They believed by doing so could offer guidance and direction to the living. Temples (monuments) were designed as places where the ancestors could be honored, and holidays (Holy Days) were the days designated for worshipping. The Greeks thought of these sun-burnt people (Egyptians) to have a preoccupation with Death and didn’t understand the worship of the dead (Necromancy), and took their distorted beliefs back to Europe and the word Negro evolved out of this misunderstanding. What used to be known as a physical condition has been applied to an entire race of people.

European (White) people manufactured the word “Negro” during the slave trade. In addition, the term ‘Negro’ on the other hand is introduced to obscure the Africaness of the classical PHARAONIC CIVILIZATIONS. These Eurocentric determinations alienate and distort the historical achievements of African people. Numerous scholars have fallen into the intellectual trap when writing about African people by referring to them as Negroes or semi-negroes. This is a weak attempt at separating Africans of today (Africans worldwide), with AFRICANS of yesterday (Egyptian-Africans and other great African civilizations).

Historically, the Greeks came to Africa as students over 2,500 years ago to discover what Africans already knew. Writing, science, medicine, and religion were already a part of the Egyptian civilization. History had already been documented thousands of years before Herodotus (The so-called ‘Father of History’) was even born. Herodotus, Plato, Phythagorus, Socrates, and other Greek Philosophers…were all students of African priests (SONS OF LIGHT). When the Greeks returned to Europe, they planned the destruction and pillage of the remaining AFRICAN empires. Less than 300 years after the first Greeks came to Egypt as students, their descendants returned as conquerors. They (Greeks/Europeans) destroyed the cities, temples and libraries of the Egyptians and claimed African knowledge as their own.

To JUSTIFY the enslavement of Africans, in short, it was culturally necessary to believe, or be able to believe, that Africans were inherently and naturally less than human but were beings of a somehow sub-human, non-human, nature. This we see proven with the written words documented in the original text of the Constitution of the United States which originally stated that Africans were ‘three-fifths’ a man (by law). It became necessary to DEHUMANIZE Africans and DEVALUE their historical worth as a people in order to ensure their value as slaves.

When the word “nigger” was devised, the meaning it implied was of a debased, ignorant, or very low person. Then, African-Americans dropped the ‘ER’ and added an ‘A’ thus forming a new word “NIGGA”. This word has been accepted and approved because ‘the word now has a new meaning, we mean it a different way’ is the obnoxious excuse. This is the same word that was used against our ancestors who shed blood for…now being accepted and used (daily) by the same people it was used AGAINST! The term is meaningless in reality but has become a useful word for those who help perpetuate the negative stereotypes of Africans worldwide. WHY would we choose to use a word that degrades Africans everywhere and turn around and call someone who looks just like you, a NIGGA! We can’t possibly believe that we have the power to change the meaning of a word and expect other people to follow along with this mentality, this isn’t progress folks.

The enslavement of the African mind was born out of the educational system and for good reasons. It was forbidden for the Africans to learn to read or write! The education of the Negro, then, becomes a perfect device for CONTROL FROM WITHOUT. The evolution of the Negro from Colored, to Black, to African-American represents a progression of self-consciousness. Referring to each other with respect and dignity by calling each other “brother/sister” instead of “nigga/bitch”, you’re more likely to talk to your “brother/sister” in a dispute instead of killing a “nigga” in the same situation.

The Negro/Nigger/Nigga – a race of dead people with a dead history and no hope for resurrection as long as they remain ignorant of their past. This new breed of Black people, the “Nigga” has become the death of the mind, body, and spirit of AFRICAN PEOPLE.

I’ve read several conflicting stories regarding the origin of the word “Negro/Nigger”. It matters that we educate ourselves and get pass this destructive ideology when we hear this word or its use against us. We need to identify its purpose and once realized, not allow ourselves to sink to the perpetrators level by allowing this word to control our thoughts of ourselves! Look at the source of where this word is coming from before sinking to their level of thinking. As mentioned previously, a Nigger is a debased, ignorant, and rather low person. DO YOU FIT THIS DESCRIPTION?

Nigger as defined from Dictionary.com computer software definition 2 is described as: extremely disparaging and offensive, a person of any race or origin regarded as contemptible, inferior, ignorant, etc.

Inferior from this same source definition 4 is explained as: less important, valuable, or worthy

Ignorant in American Heritage Dictionary, paperback version, copyright 2001, on page 423, definitions 1-3; is characterized as such: 1. Lacking education or knowledge 2. Demonstrating a lack of education or knowledge 3. Unaware or informed

From the information above when one makes the statement of “I’m a real nigga” you’re saying that you’re inferior, ignorant, demonstrating your lack of education and knowledge. In other words you’re calling yourself real dumb, stupid, unimportant, invaluable and unworthy. So my people before calling yourself a “REAL NIGGA” think of how you view yourself as a person before you use this type of terminology.

Follow in the footsteps of the ancestors, for the mind is trained through knowledge!!!!

Shalom Berakah!!!!!

The Creative Mind Lecture

“The Creative Mind Lecture

“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Yahushua:” Philippians 2:5

“Cultivate the garden of your mind. Nourish the flowers within that your garden may always remain vibrant, but also plant new flowers of knowledge each day that your garden may ever be growing and expanding, even until it holds flowers from all the world.” Genesis 11:83 of The Revelation Bible

Mind in action is thought, and thought is creative. Men/ Women are thinking now as they never thought before. Therefore, this is a creative age, and the world is awarding its richest prizes to the thinkers.

Matter is powerless, passive, inert. Mind is force, energy, power. Mind shapes and controls matter. Every form which matter takes is but the expression of some pre-existing thought.

But thought works no magic transformations; it obeys natural laws; it sets in motion natural forces; it releases natural energies; it manifests in your conduct and actions, and these in turn react upon your friends and acquaintances, and eventually upon the whole of your environment.

You can originate thought and, since thoughts are creative, you can create for yourself the things you desire.

1… At least 90% of our mental life is subconscious, so that those who fail to make use of this mental power live within very narrow limits.

2… The subconscious can and will solve any problem for us if we know how to direct it. The subconscious processes are always at work; the only question is, are we to be simply passive recipients of this activity, or are we to consciously direct the work? Shall we have a vision of the destination to be reached, the dangers to be avoided, or shall we simply drift?

3… We have found that mind pervades every part of the physical body and is always capable of being directed or impressed by authority coming from the objective or the more dominant portion of the mind.

4… The mind, which pervades the body, is largely the result of heredity, which, in turn, is simply the result of all the environments of all past generations on the responsive and ever moving life forces. An understanding of this fact will enable us to use our authority when we find some undesirable trait of character manifesting.

5… We can consciously use all the desirable characteristics with which we have been provided and we can repress and refuse to allow the undesirable ones to manifest.

6… Again, this mind which pervades our physical body is not only the result of hereditary tendencies, but is the result of home, business, and social environment where countless thousands of impressions, ideas, prejudices, and similar thoughts have been received. Much of this has been received from others, the result of opinions, suggestions, or statements; much of it is the result of our own thinking, but nearly all of it has been accepted with little or no examination or consideration.

7… The idea seemed plausible, the conscious received it, passed it onto the subconscious, where it was taken up by the Sympathetic System and passed on to be built into our physical body. “The word has become flesh.”

8… This, then, is the way we are constantly creating and recreating ourselves. We are today the result of our past thinking, and we shall be what we are thinking today. The Law of Attraction is bringing to us not the things we should like, or the things we wish for, or the things someone else has, but it brings us “our own” — the things which we have created by our thought processes, whether consciously or unconsciously. Unfortunately, many of us are creating those things unconsciously.

9… If either of us were building a home for ourselves, how careful we would be in regard to the plans; how we should study every detail; how we should watch the material and select only the best of everything; and yet how careless we are when it comes to building our Mental Home, which is infinitely more important than any physical home, as everything which can possibly enter into our lives depends upon the character of the material which enters into the construction of our Mental Home.

10… What is the character of this material? We have seen that it is the result of the impressions which we have accumulated in the past and stored away in our subconscious Mentality. If these impressions have been of fear, of worry, of care, of anxiety; if they have been despondent, negative, doubtful, then the texture of the material which we are weaving today will be of the same negative material. Instead of being of any value, it will be mildew and rotten and will bring us only more toil and care and anxiety. We shall be forever busy trying to patch it up and make it appear at least genteel.

11… But if we have stored away nothing but courageous thought, if we have been optimistic, positive, and have immediately thrown any kind of negative thought on the scrap pile, have refused to have anything to do with it, have refused to associate with it or become identified with it in any way, what then is the result? Our mental material is now of the best kind; we can weave any kind of material we want; we can use any color we wish; we know that the texture is firm, that the material is solid, that it will not fade, and we have no fear, no anxiety concerning the future; there is nothing to cover, there are no patches to hide.

12… These are psychological facts; there is no theory or guess work about these thinking processes; there is nothing secret about them. In fact, they are so plain that every one can understand them. The thing to do is to have a mental house cleaning, and to have this house cleaning every day; and keep the house clean. Mental, moral, and physical cleanliness are absolutely indispensable if we are to make progress of any kind.

13… When this mental house cleaning process has been completed, the material which is left will be suitable for the making of the kind of ideals or mental images which we desire to realize.

***That concludes my Lecture on The Creative Mind”***

Food for Thought

“Food For Thought”

The priorities you cultivate during your good times should be of the kind that will sustain you during your “bad times” as well. If you are investing your time and energy in things that will prove futile when the climate of your life changes and will not hold you up when challenges come, you might want to re-examine your present choices. Why wait for the day you will have to say: “If I would have only realized…..” Consider יהוה’s  Word in (Deuteronomy 28:12); comprehension of this requires a clear understanding of the words “hearken and voice.” Hearken in Hebrew is שמה (shâma’–SH# 8050), and means, “to listen”, “to obey”, understand, and hear intelligently. While “voice” is the Hebrew word קול (qowl–SH# 6963) and is described as a “proclamation”, proclamation is defined as a “decree”; and a decree is synonymous to “law”.

With these facts, we can conclude that the blessed seed are those that will hear intelligently to the laws of יהוה. To hear intelligently is to hear studiously, which means through study. Joseph was a workman who applied (2 Timothy 2:15).

(Ephesians 5:21-24) To hear through study means acquisition of knowledge, extensive study, and research about the laws of יהוה as taught by His Son, Yahushua. In addition, the blessed seed are also those who understand, listen to, and obey the laws of יהוה.

(Psalm 7:10) When we do these things, all blessings in (Deuteronomy 28:1-14) shall not only come on us, but they shall even overtake us. But, however, only if we diligently acquire knowledge, do extensive study, and protracted research of the laws of יהוה and, most of all, obey.

(Mark 13:33) As the blessed seed, we adhere to (Deuteronomy 16:10), because our freewill offering must be according as the Lord Yahushua, has blessed us, our Feast of Weeks freewill offering serves as an indication of how obedient we have been to His laws since the last Feast.

Challenge Yourself To Put Together A High Performing Team

“Challenge Yourself To Put Together A High Performing Team”

There are several conditions that need to be in place in order for teams to function at a high level. These are general ideas which apply to teams, but there may be more conditions that your team will need or invite to function well. You have hopefully learned some of them along the way of putting together your high-performing team.

These are 12 basic conditions for a high-performing team which you can take on as goals to work towards:

1…. There must be a high level of inter-dependence among the team members

2…. The manager (who is every member of the team) must have good people skills

3…. Each person must be willing to contribute

4…. There must be a relaxed climate for communication

5…. Each person must develop a mutual trust with each other

6…. Each person must be prepared to take risks & feel comfortable doing so

7…. They must all be clear about the goals & strategy for getting there

8…. Each role must be defined

9…. Each person must know their strengths & weaknesses

10. They must know how to read results

11…. Each person must be encouraged to create new ideas

12…. Each person must know they can influence the results of the whole team

Make sure everyone on the team is committed to the team’s purpose & strategic plan. Each person on the team must know exactly what that strategy is & needs to keep their focus on that strategy by constantly communicating it in team meetings & regular updates. The team must help each individual team member meet his or her own needs while serving the overall purpose & strategic goals of the team.

The team must establish motivating goals for the team members. The team should ensure that everyone on the team has clearly defined goals & targets that are aligned with the team’s strategic plan. If your team’s goals are determined by a senior management, make sure that these goals are clearly discussed. Team members must understand how their jobs support the achievement of the defined strategic goals & if possible, have the opportunity to develop individual goals & action plans that spell out how they will contribute to the success of the whole team.

You’ll need to ensure team members have clearly defined expectations but also, that they all must understand how each of their roles are linked to every other role. Make sure the team is crossed-trained in other responsibilities so that everyone can back each other up when needed. The team must make sure that individual job responsibilities are fulfilled, but, at the same time, works to help to every member develop a common language & common processes & approaches that allow them to function as a team.

When you’re the best team, members solve problems, and communicate with each other, & keep the team updated on current challenges or emerging issues. On low-performing teams, communication is one-way (from the leader to the team members) or two-way (between leader & certain members). Skilled teams focus on developing multi-directional communication, making sure that the team has multiple lines of communication open between themselves.

You must determine the level of authority & ownership the team can take. New teams may have to earn this authority by demonstrating that they understand the team purpose, strategy, process & priorities. However, effective teams work towards pushing authority for the teams outcomes to the team members. You can’t ‘push’ the team if you don’t ‘push’ the members themselves. Team members must know how & when to get approval for decisions &, in the best of cases, are charged with making on-the-spot decisions when a customer is facing them. On low-performing teams, team members have to constantly get approval before taking action, significantly reducing their effectiveness & negatively effectively their sense of engagement on the team.

The team must recognize diverse talents. Excellent teams pay attention, helping their unique strengths, talents, & weaknesses. No individual can be good at everything, so the best teams assist everyone to develop an appreciation for individual style differences, natural gifts, & personal experiences. The team is encouraged to use the language of acceptance & appreciation, rather than criticism & judgment. The team must consciously hire team members who bring complementary skill sets, unique experiences, & diverse perspectives.

They must work on developing support & trust. You can’t force a team or team member to be supportive & trusting—it’s a natural result of shared responsibility, shared success, & mutual respect. Your high-performing team achieves mutual support & trust because they have a history of working together to achieve great results. They have met challenges, overcome obstacles, back each other up in both good & bad times. A high-performing team has earned each other’s trust.

If you can get your team aligned with what was just said; you & your team will find great success!!!
